Future Actions section is not visible for Line manager even after changing it on design studio

Summary:

I logged in as LM and when navigated to my team -> employee -> Employment Info-> Future Actions is not visible

If I log in as HR specialist then the section is visible. Is there any additional previlige to be given to LM to make this visible because from design studio I have already enabled it.
