Completed checklists Information is not getting displayed in "Completed Checklists" tile

Summary:

Dear Team,

We have a Termination Checklist Template which consists of two tasks.

Exit Checklist and Exit Questionnaire.

I terminated an Employee and I logged in with the terminated Employee's Manager.

Now the Manager got 2 Notifications asking to complete both the tasks.

The Manager can see the Checklist tasks in ESS i.e. Me-> Checklist Tasks -> Current Tasks tile.

I completed both the Tasks and I can see the task completion in the form of number like 2/14 tasks has been completed in the "Current Tasks" Tile only.

But in the "Completed Tasks" tile, there is nothing available.

There is no information about the completed two tasks in that tile.
