Error running OTBI Analysis

Getting error ' Incorrectly defined logical table source (for fact table Z - VO OBIA ETL) does not contain mapping for....'

I've had this same analysis for quite some time and it's worked fine in the past. Oddly, it would throw an error every now and then (different than the one above) and then it would be fine again without me changing anything. Now since after 22B, I get a consistent error and not sure what it means. I have 3 subject areas, included a measure from each and I've enabled dimensionality. Appreciate any feedback on this. I've included the error below and attached the xml.
