Custom Notifications Replaced with Seeded after 22B Upgrade

Hi Experts,

We had 22B upgrade two weeks back and since then most of the custom notifications have been replaced with Seeded one.

For reasons unknown, we did not have 22A upgrade during the first quarter. After 21D, we had 22B upgrade (including 22A).

I wanted to check, if any of you have faced similar issues and what could have been the reasons?

Oracle Support has no answers..
