On BTB (Buy) Sales Orders, how to prevent supply re-orchestration when reservation is deleted/remove

We have a use case to fulfill a high priority order using the supply from a low priority order. The action we have explored is manual removing reservation from low priority SO to the High Priority SO.

Low Priority BTB Sales Order: PO is Received and reservation is against On Hand

High Priority BTB Sales Order: PO is not yet received; but wanted goods to be delivered immediately.

We have same item and demand on both the BTB Sales Orders.

When SCO Reservations is removed from those BTB SOs in Manage Reservations (INV) and manual create by swapping the supply from PO to On Hand and On-Hand to PO, SCO reacts to the change in the reservation record and re-orchestrate a new supply line with a new requisition.
