Is it possible to limit contingent worker access to internal job board only?
Summary:
Looking for a way for contingent workers to apply to reqs and keep their candidate type when applying designation as contingent - without granting contingent workers full access to Oracle. Is it possible to grant contingent workers access to the internal job board only? Would the Access to Internal Candidate Experience privilege provide this limited access?
Alternatively, if this privilege is granted to contingent workers and they are not treated as External, is it possible for contingent workers to start an application on the external board, but use their company email address so they are directed to the internal board and complete the application as an internal would? (Internals who start an application on the external board are brought into the internal application when the system recognizes their company address. Would this work in the same way if contingent workers were not treated as external and granted the Access to Internal Candidate Experience privilege?)
