Content (required):

When approvals are submitted for employee document record " Contract Renewal" some passed workflow approval while majority FAILED. As such these will have to be approved manually.

When I checked for "DocumentOfRecordRule" I observed that the rule has "UsersGetRepresentative("DIV_HEAD",Task.payload.getRepresentativeListWrapperResponse.result)

Is it that "DIV_HEAD" is assigned to a job/position? If yes how do I confirmed this and what is in this rule will that allow some request to fail while others dont
