22B Issue - Download Contract in Contract Terms Manage Agreements in Error - Cannot update CPAs

Since the 22B patch, we are unable to edit our contracts when downloading Contract Terms. The Word document downloaded from the UI is presenting errors and cannot be edited as normally.

After entering through the errors, a document may be presented but it's missing some or all the terms.

Error was originally experienced in all pods but is now only happening in PROD pod. It was unusable, then operational for a few hours yesterday and has since regressed. For example, I have a downloaded contracted that I could edit. And then a few hours later I clicked download contract again for the very same agreement, and I received the below errors as if corrupted.
