BI Publisher Report in Scheduled Processes

Hi. I created a BI Publisher report and included it as a scheduled process using "Manage Enterprise Scheduler Job Definitions and Job Sets for Financial, Supply Chain Management, and Related Applications". I can see that the report is in Scheduled Processes but the report has parameters for Effective date that is needed to return data. When I run the report on Scheduled processes, I don't see any data because there isn't a prompt for effective date and nothing is returned unless I can use the parameters.
