Can someone please confirm Oracle DataFox Supplier Intelligence Cloud is released ?

I am see 'Oracle DataFox Supplier Intelligence Cloud Data sheet' which gives me the impression it is already released. However I have seen some responses as recent as May 10, 2022 that it is not enabled for Supplier accounts yet.

Need some inputs on the release date for this capability for Supplier registration process.
