How to retrieve quote details by using relatedParty.id as a query parameter

Hi Community,

In reference to SR#_3-29612690811, the business has a requirement to use the individual id throughout the storefront experience but it appears that documentation does not support "relatedParty.id" as a query parameter to fetch quote details so could you confirm if this is true? and if yes then, could "relatedParty.id" be added as a parameter in a future release, it will be really helpful.
