Submit Mass Action using Eligibility Criteria

Summary:

For a group of Employees having a similar criteria we need to Submit Mass Action (Transfer, Probation, ...)

Content (required):

Use Case: Employees with 3 years + of service, Located in Head Office, and have consistent performance rating less than 2.1 for 2 years we need to Start Probation Period/Transfer/Change Location/.... whatever the action is.

Current Mass Update does not provide such flexibility. The other option is to create a report, extract the data and use HDL/HSDL which is not acceptable.
