Can we load Seniority Date(create or update) using Spreadsheet loader

Summary:

Can we load Seniority Date(create or update) using Spreadsheet loader.

You can't create seniority records for workers using HDL. You must use the Calculate Seniority Dates ESS job instead.

I am receiving this error. Can you please advise.

Requirement is to load a Seniority Date that is different to the current work relationship start using Spreadsheet loader.
