Billing Events get added up, how to generate all available events as invoice line?
Summary:
If there are 5 billing events, 2 of a type and 3 of another; all different dates, based on the given grouping options in the invoice formats one of two things happen.
all 5 events get summarised as one line
or 2 lines by event type
If we completely disregard the dates or not try to control events by manually putting holds, we want 5 different lines based on 5 events.
