Equipment Reference Unit (ERU) Configuration

Summary:

We have a scenario where a specific packaged item, because of it's physical size, requires a full pallet space on a trailer. Our current setup does not take this into account when considering order to shipment bundling therefore we have infeasible shipments being built. i.e. 22 of packaged item A only has a weight of ~12000 lbs yet acquires the full pallet space capacity of the trailer. I have attempted to set up an ERU, but the shipment build process appears to be ignoring the configuration.
