Application Activity Information on scheduled Jobs

We have several jobs running in our planning application from business rules, rulesets and groovy script.

Is there a way to extract the activity information/log, with times taken, name of rule, etc into a usable format e.g. Excel where we can better analyse the tasks running and the times they are taking?
