Current and Proposed manager not seen for employee

Summary:

Once All Approvers approve the change manager transaction then FYI notification should be sent to employee.

Notification has been sent to employee but Current and Proposed manager are displaying as blank.

Is there a way to resolve this issue or this is expected behaviour?
