When users request a reassignment in ARCS, SPF failure is produced

Content (required):

Do to security issues with SPF, our company is going to start blocking such emails. The email title states SPF Failure See KB62779 A Reassignment Request has been submitted.

In the body of the mail it states [External Email] Cation: This email originated from outside the organization.

Obviously we want out reassignment requests to come through. What update needs to happen to fix this? Do we need to add Arcs Cloud Service (egno.arcs) to a whitelist?
