Requisition that has supplier without supplier site cannot be found in Process Requisition

1. non catalog.
2. It has supplier but there is no supplier site for the supplier. The sourcing only address populated.

After this requisition got approval, we can't find it in Process requisition.

Any advises?

Is the supplier site mandatory for this matter?
