Analyzing Skills and Competencies asked on Job Descriptions

Summary:

We are looking for a Reporting or a Tool to expedite the following request from our VP Talent.

Content (required):

Is there some way we can pull a bunch of job descriptions for a specific role and come up with a way of being able to collect and analyze what skills and competencies are being asked for?

So, we’ll know the most common for Plant Manager is BSc Mechanical Engineering or whatever and able to get things done (Execute)!?
