Issue with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS kernel update?

Hello. I updated my instance a couple days ago and was no longer able to SSH in after that, or do anything else with it. Based on the dashboard, it looks like Oracle's metrics weren't able to run either. I ended up having to delete the instance and recreate it with a boot volume backup from before the update. Is this a known issue?
