User need access to edit just the JOB Title field in HCM.

User need access to edit just the JOB Title field in Employment page in HCM. They don’t need to view or edit anything else under the assignment details.

Is it possible to customize a role to just give edit access to one specific field in a page?

If yes, can someone help me with the seeded role has to be customized?
