Is it possible to indicate components in Work Definition that do not impact backflush and cost-rollup?

We have Contract manufacturing with Supply Planning in our scenario. our work definition is composed of components that are supplied by the Contract Manufacturer and some are supplied by us (i.e. the company implementing Oracle Cloud). We do not want components supplied by the Contract Manufacturer to impact the finished product cost. These components should not be backflushed too.
