ATP database failure to stop or restart

Summary:

ATP db does not stop or restart (work request failures). Can't access the DB from application or sqldeveloper. First time happening today, the 12th of June 2022.

Content (required):

Today, the 12th of June 2022, my web application stopped connecting/reaching the Autonomous Transaction Processing database.

Restarted web app but still nothing. SQLdeveloper also couldn't connect to the DB. Tried to Stop it but after a while (40min) the Work Request resulted in Failure. The same for an attempt at Restarting the DB.

At the moment I can't reach the DB or do anything with it. I'll leave below the error codes for the STOP and RESTART requests.
