Interactive Debugger for OIC

Description (Required): As OIC integrations become adopted more they are becoming more complex. We need an interactive debugger to assist in the development and debugging of integartions.

Use Case and Business Need (Required): Currently we only have the activity log to assist with debugging an OIC Integration. We need an interactive debugger to allow us to change variables, interrogate variables and skip to particular line of code.
