Report Worker Details at Payroll Period End Date

Is there a way that I can return the worker assignment details at the pay date of payroll period end date

I am building an OTBI report using the Payroll - Payroll Run Results Real Time subject area, I know that I can use the prefix SET VARIABLE PARAM_EFFECTIVE_DATE='@{AsOfDate}{2017-12-31}'; to return the worker details at the selected date.

What I would like to do is select the payroll period as a prompt and then the worker details would be displayed based on the pay pay date or period end date for the period selected.
