Parameterize document records for Manager Self Service

Hi

I have been trying to parametrize document record for Line Manager to open to a specific document upon selecting the direct report from the tile created, but it still lands on the 'Add' Document Record page. Is this even possible.

Also, I see 2 deep links for manager though both exhibit the same behaviour but would like to know what the difference is.

objType=MANAGER_DOCUMENT_RECORDS&action=NONE

objType=MGR_DOCUMENT_RECORDS&action=NONE

Parameter considered is System Document Type.
