One of my autonomous DB is not listed in the OCI

I had an 'Always free' autonomous DB (ocid1.autonomousdatabase.oc1.ap-seoul-1.anuwgljrvqohgdyaod27ibh52gzviktqeaaghwl5eq3ywh4757sk7p57xfja) which was working fine till yesterday. But today, when I login to OCI, I am not able to see it in the list of DBs
