Evaluate Group Membership error notification / details

Summary:

We have Evaluate Group Membership scheduled to run every night. In the ESS, the job is successful. However, when we go to the Benefits, we see some groups that have not been refreshed (Last Date Refreshed). Is there a way to set up a notification so that if an individual group is not refreshed, we get notified? We also do not see details on why the group did not refresh.
