Is there a way to retrieve past forecast data if a targeted forecast refresh has been run

Content (required):

When we load an external forecast using the program "Load planning data from flat files" in Targeted Mode, it will replace all the already available forecast data with the forecast data being loaded.

Does the system maintain a history of all the forecasts loaded even if forecast data has been refreshed with a targeted run?
