Managers can search for other manager's direct reports learning progress

Hi All,

Managers will have access to view their My Team's Learning and they have an option to search by learner and/or by manager.

In the option to search by Manager, it will default to the user's name, however, it allows the manager to select for any other users even outside his organization. Can you please advise on how this can be restricted to allow managers to only view their direct reports' learning progress and details.
