EFI error when booting up Ampere instance

Hi there,

I've had this instance for a while and haven't run into this issue until now:

I'm trying to connect to my server and it's not working. I did a cloud console connection to see what's wrong, and I keep getting this:


EFI stub: Booting Linux Kernel...

EFI stub: EFI_RNG_PROTOCOL unavailable

EFI stub: ERROR: FIRMWARE BUG: kernel image not aligned on 64k boundary

EFI stub: ERROR: FIRMWARE BUG: Image BSS overlaps adjacent EFI memory region

EFI stub: Using DTB from configuration table

EFI stub: Exiting boot services and installing virtual address map...


I'm not sure how to fix it. Is the entire instance broken, or is there something I can do on the Oracle side to fix it?
