HRHD - Trigger does not start message
Summary:
We set the trigger and it works when we change the SR status manually in the UI. The message doesn't work when it's changed by the job (Scheduled Process).
Content (required):
We set the profile option SVC_SR_IN_WAITING_DAYS to 1 day and scheduled the job ‘Auto-Close Service Requests’ to run once per hour.
At Application composer, in Service Request Object level we created a trigger to send a message automatically when the status changes to resolved (ORA_SVC_RESOLVED).
When the process finishes running it changes the status but doesn’t start the trigger.
All this set works when we change the SR status manually in the UI. The message doesn't work when it's changed by the job.
