EDQ Topology Connection failing when Testing with Java Agent (On Prem ODI)

We are having Oracle PCA where ODI and EDQ are installed on different VM's. The connectivity between the VMs already exists. The J2ee Agent is installed in the same box where ODI is installed. In topology the EDQ connection test is success for local agent, but its getting failed for J2ee Agent. Similarly EDQ job when triggered from ODI local agent runs fine, but when run with J2ee agent doesn't get triggered at all. We get below error message on EDQ connectivity from J2ee Agent. Any idea how we can fix this?
