Journey configuration to redirect to an application task based on action performed by other user
Summary: We have a requirement, if employee submits resignation and its approved, then a checklist task should trigger to manager to create a new requisition for replacing the current employee
Content (required): We have configured contextual journey for resignation action, but its not working as expected. The concept of contextual journey is to perform journey tasks before the actual action is performed. However, our requirement is to perform journey tasks by manager after employee's resignation is approved.
We cannot use guided journey also since its not allowing us to 'create requisition' through the task setup
