BI Publisher Report Timeout error on accessing it from Oracle Integration Cloud

Oracle Integration Cloud process invoking (https://XXXX.xx.xx.oraclecloud.com/xmlpserver/services/ExternalReportWSSService?WSDL) a BI Publisher report error out with the below timeout message.

Invoke failed to generate a response within the timeout window. The endpoint invoked may be running slow or failing to execute altogether.

This BI Publisher report uses to work and return the data, and stopped working after 22B got applied.

Please let me know, on any insight towards this issue.
