Some of the learners don't see the offering under the course

Recently we're getting complaints from our employees that they don't see the offering under the courses they're registered for. We mass register them under these offerings, but when they access the course, there is no visible offering. This doesn't happen to everyone, it's happening to some courses, and we have checked the visibility of the courses and offerings, too. I'm not sure what the issue is. Does anyone experience the same issue? It's been happening for the past two weeks after our environment was updated.
