There is an issue that user cannot logon to SmartView. After the user entered the correct password, the logon window/screen will keep reappearing again. It is the exact issue as the post below. In that post, the SR is SR 3-28771176651.

I have update to newest SmartView version and log-in to web and make sure credential is correct.
