Managing push start dates
Summary: We have many cases where we need to push a start date out to a further date. There are times when, we do not receive notice of the change until after a payroll run. When this occurs, we are generally able to rollback payroll and benefits and update the start date however, there are times we are unable to rollback a payroll and then are unable to update the start date. We've made some changes to eliminate this issue... one being, we update the assignment status to 'Active-No Payroll'. This eliminates payroll and benefits from processing while we
