PO PDF report is not showing the latest or current template.

Content (required):

I think the issue is that I need to grant some roles on the custom folders, however the permission is grey out so I can not assign those roles.

Will you please let me know the role that I need in order the permission is enable.

Althought I assigned me the BI Custom Role(Oracle Fusion BI: How to Add the BI Administrator Role to a user. ( Doc ID 2238277.1 )) , the permission option is still grey out.
