Internal job application - how to change the 'review skills and qualification' link

Dear All, we have a requirement to update the 'review skills and qualification' link to 'Diversity & Inclusion' at the internal job flow, and the link should be dynamic change based on employee type such as 'employee' or ' contingent worker.'

Please help me how to achieve this functionality.
