Person Profile DFF not displaying

I have created a new Content Section within the Profile Type task. That's added in fine, but I've tried to add some DFF segments against that particular context, but the segments aren't displaying in the Skills & Qualifications screen. I have deployed the DFF and the context/segments are set to enabled. We are also using the responsive UI. I can also see the DFF segments when I click into the Content Section in Profile Types (screenshot below), and I was definitely using the right context against the HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS DFF.



I can't see anywhere in Design Studio to enable the segments, and when I click 'Highlight Flexfields' I can't see anything pop up in the Skills & Qualifications screen. I can't think of anything else to do - any advice would be appreciated.
