How to hide Business Title in the 'Directory' Search filter

Hi,

we would like to hide the 'Business Title' column, among the pieces fo information shown in the Directory. When we search for an employee in the Directory, we see the following pieces of information (see the attached screenshot): 'Name'; 'Business Title'; 'Work Email address'; 'Person Number'. We tried with Page composer but we was not able to hide 'Business Title'.

Hoping someone has some suggestions.
