Cannot upgrade Free Tier to "Pay as you go" plan
Summary:
I'm trying to upgrade my free tier Cloud account to a pay as you go plan but every time i try to upgrade i get an error saying to talk to Global sales. When i talk to global sales they say i need to talk to support. When i talk to support they say my account is blocked and that i need to talk to tech support which i cannot talk to since i don't have a valid support identifier because my account is a free-tier account and/or is blocked in some way?
It's quite frustrating. The last support person i talked to said i would need to submit a question here to get my account unblocked.
