To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Confirming to Terms and Conditions
Summary:
Hi Experts, have anyone came across a requirement where employees have to click on a Terms and Conditions prompt after a completion of an activity.
Content (required):
Our customer requirement is after a successful completion of a self paced activity, say a PDF or a weblink, as it does not communicate the completion of the item, they want to have another prompt where employees have to click on a check box to confirm that they did understood the learning.
We wanted to use Evaluation but it will pose a different user experience to the user as it is labeled as Evaluation and not like an agreement form.
