Process for Mass upload of B2B collaboration setups

Need to know the process of loading the B2B collaboration setups at Supplier site level, as there is no option in FBDI

1) Creating Trading partners with Service Provider.

2) Associate the trading partner/Service provider to the supplier site.

3) Associate the collaboration documents for the service provider at supplier site.

Out of these 3, could find the REST API only for step 1 but not for step 2 and step 3. Let us know the process of mass loading the trading partner association and collaboration documents at supplier site level for B2B communication. Currently we are doing it manually.
