Shift differential will calculate if employee works at least 4 hours after midnight, but before 6am.

edited Jun 21, 2022 4:15PM in Workforce Management 1 comment

I have a requirement where if an employee who works more than 4 hours between 12 AM to 6AM then an employee should be eligible for shift premium and if it is less than 4 hours than it should be regular hours.

i have configured 12 AM to 6 AM requirement with the help of seeded formula (WFM_SHIFT_PREMIUM_CALCULATION) and used in rules attached to rule set as well.

But i need a logic where i need to put this four hours in that formula

can anyone help me with this logic

Thanks in advance
