schedule an analysis to run for sysdate and send email only if there is data

Hi,

I have created a very simple analysis - Project name, Project number, Project start date and project completion date and created by and creation date.

The requirement is, to schedule this analysis to run every 4 hrs, fetch data only for current date and send an email to users if there is any data with the output excel. if there is no data, it should not send any email.
