Can we transfer descriptive flexfield from Billing event created on a contract to Receivable Invoice

Can we transfer descriptive flex field from Billing event created on a contract to Receivable Invoice.

We want to differentiate different invoices based on a custom field that can be provided on events. Also, our requirement is to transfer those DFF values to Receivable Invoice and use that in Receivable SLA.
