To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Offering Approval
Summary:
We have a requirement where it is based on the Maximum Price of the Course, we have created a rule for Courses and Specializations to:
a. auto approved if no price defined
b. undergo approval if price is defined
However in case of scenario A which most of their learning items are, it will still prompt that it goes under approval, then after a few page refresh, that is the only time the learner can proceed to select the offering-- which is not a good user experience.
So we were planning to create the workflow in the offering level, can you please advise if this can be done? We have tried creating A DFF and it is not routing for approval.
